It’s an exciting time here at Bespoke, so we’re in need of a Marketing Executive to help deliver the next phase of our marketing strategy which will underpin the growth of our business.

Our ambition is to leverage the Power Platform’s capabilities and bring enhanced analytics and automated processes to every business – saving them valuable time and resources.

You will play a crucial role in helping achieve our ambition by being at the forefront of all marketing activity. A true brand guardian – you will combine what you know about the Microsoft Power Platform (don’t worry if you don’t know a lot, we will train you!) with what our customers need and require, to create and execute fantastic marketing projects.

With plans to double our headcount in the next 12 months it’s fair to say that we’re at a pivotal chapter in our growth story, so we need someone who is; ambitious, passionate and self-motivated who wants to be instrumental in our evolution.

From Healthcare and Real Estate to Aerospace and Manufacturing – we work across a variety of different sectors. If they are running a manual process, or producing manual reports, we know that we can make them more efficient and save them valuable time.

What we need from you

We’re looking for a highly organised Marketing Executive with exceptional attention to detail and strong creative skills who can support and create campaigns and collateral which drive potential customers into the business, increase existing customer lifetime value and raise our brand profile.

We need someone who can:

  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends, technology, and innovations, especially in relation to data and digital transformation, and facilitate sharing of the latest information and approaches with the team
  • Support the broader corporate marketing goals to increase brand awareness and to drive demand
  • Support the wider team with our ABM execution to drive engagement across the client journey
  • Manage all social channels and amplify our brand engagement
  • Analyse campaign performance and use these insights to continually optimise activity
  • Work together with the Marketing Director to use customer insights to identify campaign themes and develop compelling marketing messages
  • Create campaign assets including emails, landing pages, flyers, brochures, and webinar decks
  • Own the “top of the funnel” and nurture SQLs
  • Develop nurture campaigns that are targeted, effective and measured
  • Identify and share opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions and conferences, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to ensure optimal customer engagement analysis

 

The type of person we are looking for

This role covers the full marketing mix and requires someone who is experienced in leveraging all resources to help deliver a marketing strategy which is fundamental to the growth of our business. We are an agile team and value autonomy as we continue to grow at a rapid pace, so if you’re not afraid of taking the lead and getting stuck in, then we want to hear from you.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Executive role, preferably B2B
  • A strong work ethic with a positive attitude and focus on achieving successful outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across multiple audiences and media with the ability to facilitate constructive discussion
  • The ability to think strategically, and be able to effectively and efficiently forward plan short, medium, and long-term activities and objectives, and deliver the required outputs on time and on budget
  • Demonstrable creativity, with the skills and ability to produce innovative marketing solutions that are aligned with the company’s strategic aims and client needs
  • Demonstrable analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing campaigns and define appropriate actions and activities from that analysis
  • Drive and self-motivation; able to produce consistent high-quality outputs using initiative and creativity
  • Experience in managing changing priorities and needs without losing focus or lessening of quality and efficiency
  • Excellent eye for detail and exceptional writing skills
  • Advanced ICT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Experience using an email marketing platform, such as; Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Active Campaign
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console

It would be great (but not essential) if you have:

  • Experience with Microsoft technology such as Power BI, Power Apps, O365
    Marketing qualification to degree and/or postgraduate level
    Experience working within the technology sector

The successful Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be wholly responsible and accountable for all aspects of assigned client activities, as well as the deployment of new client accounts. The CSM is critical to Bespoke’s success and the role will provide continued growth in a rapidly expanding industry for an ambitious company.

Working with marketing, business development, dev teams and distributors to ensure end-to-end oversight of client activities – from the initial engagement and scope to the final provisioning of services, including; software development, integration, configuration, testing and training. We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager/Account Manager with a strong background in custom or highly configurable technology who is familiar and comfortable with managing all aspects of a client account – from initial on-boarding & deployment, to daily management and continued success.

The candidate will be comfortable when discussing commercial solutions with the client – from negotiation of project costs to identification of new opportunities within their account.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for converting new opportunities once assigned by Marketing / Business Development Director
    • Creating proposals for new projects and delivering these to end clients via a presentation (where required)
    • Hand-over to and monitor Project Management team upon sign off, to ensure a delivery to client satisfaction
    • Working with clients, PMs and developers to understand new functionality and deployment opportunities to present to clients in order to grow the accounts
    • Top-level understanding of Microsoft technologies (Power Platform initially) so opportunities can be identified
  • Accountable for the success of a portfolio of clients that represent roughly £1M in annual revenue. This will include:
    • Maintaining and improving Client Satisfaction in relation to the services offered by Bespoke
    • Effectively managing client communication and escalation points
    • Working with the client to establish clear strategies for account growth and establish a plan for Power Platform adoption
    • Organising Quarterly Business Reviews with the Business Development Director to ensure that the client performance is meeting expectations, along with discussing new opportunities and areas for growth
    • Collaborating with Marketing & Projects team to ensure our client communication and service levels are of the highest standard
  • Act as the strategic voice of the client and their projects
    • Understand client objectives and audience in order to deliver projects that exceed expectations
    • Facilitate internal discussions and brainstorming to improve and grow client programs with internal teams
    • Lead client presentations and be an influencer to senior client stakeholders
  • Work with account management team on growth development plans and Client Success Plans
    • Notifying Project & Marketing teams of new opportunities to expand the existing client account
    • Cultivating a trust-based relationship with client and manage escalations where necessary
    • Travelling to client offices as needed (limited)

 

Key skills and experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in Client Services with global B2B clients
  • A client-first mentality and deep understanding of client service
  • Experience with project delivery and non- technical elements of deployments – ideally across the Microsoft Power Platform stack
  • Confident in liaising with colleagues across departments and offices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organisational and follow-up skills (including prioritisation)
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and provide leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to extract feedback and provide practical solution based on that feedback
  • Confident and articulate with communication and management of clients
  • Understanding / experience with software development and deployment processes
  • Confident with Microsoft stack, including M365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.) and Power Platform
  • Interested in growth and learning new service offerings as Bespoke’s commercial offering evolves

Bespoke is looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join its growing team. As the main point of contact for your clients, you will work closely with them to understand their needs and challenges, before accurately documenting their requirements, articulating these to the development team and ensuring best practice methodologies are used for the effective delivery of all projects. If you are a client-focused, motivated team player with great organisational skills and the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, then we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to client expectations
  • Managing multiple client requests and prioritising for capacity requests
  • Requesting capacity from operations team for development resources
  • Maintenance of PM documentation including writing functional specifications and managing issue logs
  • Providing information to the development team to ensure client specifications are met
  • Ensure invoicing is done in a timely manner in line with project milestones
  • Working with clients to understand additional functionality or potential future projects
  • Mentor/point of escalation for junior members of the projects team
  • Working between the clients and the development team to translate functional requirements into
    technical deployment

Must haves

  • At least 3 years PM/Senior BA experience working in a client-facing role
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen and have experience of client negotiations
  • Background in running multiple projects from inception through full life cycle to agreed cost, time and quality
  • Be an effective communicator, able to bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise workload accordingly
  • At least 3 years’ experience working within IT/Technology/Digital Transformation projects

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft technology such as Power BI, Power Apps, O365
  • An understanding of ‘business change’ and the role it plays within businesses

As Account Director, you will play a key role in Bespoke’s rapidly evolving commercial landscape. You may have an industry specialisation or be more comfortable working across the board – either way you will be focused on using the right technology to improve your clients’ data analytics processes.
