It’s an exciting time here at Bespoke, so we’re in need of a Marketing Executive to help deliver the next phase of our marketing strategy which will underpin the growth of our business.
Our ambition is to leverage the Power Platform’s capabilities and bring enhanced analytics and automated processes to every business – saving them valuable time and resources.
You will play a crucial role in helping achieve our ambition by being at the forefront of all marketing activity. A true brand guardian – you will combine what you know about the Microsoft Power Platform (don’t worry if you don’t know a lot, we will train you!) with what our customers need and require, to create and execute fantastic marketing projects.
With plans to double our headcount in the next 12 months it’s fair to say that we’re at a pivotal chapter in our growth story, so we need someone who is; ambitious, passionate and self-motivated who wants to be instrumental in our evolution.
From Healthcare and Real Estate to Aerospace and Manufacturing – we work across a variety of different sectors. If they are running a manual process, or producing manual reports, we know that we can make them more efficient and save them valuable time.

The successful Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be wholly responsible and accountable for all aspects of assigned client activities, as well as the deployment of new client accounts. The CSM is critical to Bespoke’s success and the role will provide continued growth in a rapidly expanding industry for an ambitious company.
Working with marketing, business development, dev teams and distributors to ensure end-to-end oversight of client activities – from the initial engagement and scope to the final provisioning of services, including; software development, integration, configuration, testing and training. We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager/Account Manager with a strong background in custom or highly configurable technology who is familiar and comfortable with managing all aspects of a client account – from initial on-boarding & deployment, to daily management and continued success.
The candidate will be comfortable when discussing commercial solutions with the client – from negotiation of project costs to identification of new opportunities within their account.
