Our Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) Commitment

As part of our ESG commitment, we’re making measurable changes to benefit the people, organisations, and communities we serve.

How we’re doing it

1) Environment

We’re committed to helping our partners and clients provide their services in an environmentally responsible way. As a company, we
consistently review our ways of working to ensure minimal environmental disruption. This includes reviewing how renewable energy sources can play a part in hybrid working, and how our team commute to work. We have put in place schemes such a cycle to work and discounted public transport to help reduce our collective carbon emissions. To help offset some of our carbon emissions, we run an annual tree planting initiative.

UN’s 17 sustainability global goals

To ensure we can work towards the UN’s 17 sustainability global goals and effect more change, we are a member of both Ingram Micro’s Trust X Alliance and the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners. Through our work with both organisations, we can make a collective impact on more of the 17 global goals. As an individual business, the ones we can demonstrate and evidence our commitment to, are:

We are also working towards supporting goal 13. Climate Action and will be able to evidence this by the end of 2023.

Tech Zero

In April 2022 we signed up to Tech Zero, a climate action group for tech companies of all sizes. As a result of joining, all companies are committed to:

Measuring their scope 1-3 emissions and setting an ambitious net zero target within a year of joining
Annually measure and publish all scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions.
Publish more details about how they plan to reach net zero within a year of joining Tech Zero, including setting a net zero target date, and interim targets. Individual company plans should aim to halve emissions by 2030 across all scopes.
Appoint a member of the executive team to be responsible and accountable for their net zero target.
Communicate climate commitments in other meaningful ways, including to customers.
Report progress on short- and medium-term targets to their Board annually, and on their website.
